Internet Safety GuideThe internet is a huge and wonderful virtual world that is continually playing a more & more important role in our daily lives. But the more we "plug in", the more vulnerable we become to the dark side of the 'net. That is why here at Gryffe, we believe it is vital to promote internet safety to our pupils and their families and we are proud to participate in the annual "Internet Safety Day". This involves having specialised lessons focusing on how young people can stay safe online, participating in fun activities and events with our associated primaries to raise internet safety awareness around the community, and hosting an annual internet safety parent's information evening, where parents can come for more information and to ask questions about how to keep their children (and themselves!) safe online. We hope you find the resources in this section useful, and the buttons on the right hand side will take you to further information about internet safety. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any queries or comments about internet safety. Stay safe surfin' out there folks!
